At Gennex Displays, we ensure every order is handled with care and delivered quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🛠️ Production Time

All of our signs and displays are custom-made. Production typically takes:

  • Standard Orders: 7–10 business days

  • Rush Orders: Available on request (additional fees may apply)

Once production is complete, we’ll send you tracking info via email when your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers to deliver your order:

  • UPS Ground / FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days depending on your location

All shipments include tracking and insurance.

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

  • $35 for all orders under $199

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $199

For bulk or commercial orders, please contact us for a custom quote.

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 continental U.S. states

  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories (extra charges may apply)

  • Canada & International – Please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote

🚫 Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

🧾 Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime via your account page.

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

  • Report any damage within 48 hours to initiate a shipping claim.

  • If your order is time-sensitive, let us know—we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.
